If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will exchange the goods provided that they are unused, in their original condition. Exchanges must be made within three days from the date of purchase, and only one exchange per item is permitted. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and the invoice enclosed with your order should also be returned to us. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods shall be final.

We check every item before packing to ensure it passes the quality standard check, however there maybe damage(s) due to the handling of packaging. If this is the case we want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our customer care team with the purchase details.
